Did you know the state of Tennessee requires a home improvement license under $25k and a general contractor license for projects over $25k? probably not.

These rules apply but are not enforced. 9/10 “contractors“ in the Chattanooga area have no license to do so. If someone skips this somewhat simple step, what else are they skipping on your job?

We are proud to be one of the few licensed GC’s in the area with full insurance. We take pride in our work and that begins with the simple steps such as licensing, permits, etc.

We will match ANY price from a contractor that is fully compliant such as ourselves. We are that confident that if I true GC has a price that much more appealing.. they most likely do not truly have a license or insurance.
